The Bake This app for iPhone and Android
The Bake This app shows a bakery franchise owner the day as it happens: sales against last week for every shop, the ovens and the warmer live, sales by hour, the forecast, how long customers waited and how fresh the patties were on a closed day, and the bake log beside the ovens. It only reads; nothing in the shop changes from the phone.
Connect the app to your account
- Sign in at app.bake-this.com as the shop's owner or admin.
- Open IPHONE in the menu (the page is app.bake-this.com/devices) and tap ADD IPHONE. The same code pairs an Android phone. You get an eight-character code and a QR code, good for ten minutes.
- In the app, on Pair This Phone, type the code (or scan the QR code), choose a six-digit PIN and tap the pair button.

Common questions
- The code does not work. Codes work once and for ten minutes. Make a new one on the Devices page.
- A forgotten PIN. After five wrong PINs the phone is disconnected for safety. Pair it again with a new code.
- The app asks for the PIN again. A read stays open for twelve hours, then the PIN (or Face ID or your fingerprint) opens it again.
- A lost phone. Remove it on the Devices page; it can no longer read anything.
